2. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Mystery Product: Automatically renews every 30 days, delivering 1 mystery product that complements your collection at a 10% discount off the regular price.

This plan is perfect for collectors looking to regularly expand their collection with exciting and exclusive items.

3.Billing & Payment

• Payment Schedule: Your subscription will be processed and billed by Shopify like any other order. You will be charged automatically every 30 days for the subscription plan using the payment method saved in your Shopify account.

• Payment Method Management: You can update your payment information at any time through your Shopify customer account. To update, log in, go to the "Subscriptions" tab, and use the options provided to manage your payment methods.

4. Subscription Management

• Accessing Your Account: Customers can access their account in several ways, including through the store’s navigation, the "Manage your subscription" link in automated emails, or by using a direct URL to customer accounts.

• Managing Subscriptions: After logging into your Shopify account, you can view and manage your subscriptions under the "Subscriptions" tab. Options include viewing subscription details, skipping your next order, pausing, or canceling your subscription.

• Modifying Subscription Details: You can easily update your payment information, shipping address, and other subscription details through your customer account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Frequency: Your mystery product will be shipped every month based on the date you initially subscribed.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees may apply based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

• Address Changes: You can update your shipping address by logging into your account and editing the address associated with your subscription. Please make changes at least 7 days before your next shipment to avoid delays.

6. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

• Pausing Your Subscription: You can pause your subscription at any time through your customer account. Paused subscriptions will not receive further charges or orders until resumed.

• Cancelling Your Subscription: Canceling your subscription ends billing and delivery immediately. To cancel, log into your account, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab, and follow the prompts to cancel. Please note, canceling a subscription is permanent and cannot be undone.
